Description

This skimmed milk powder, called HHHS, is suitable for the production of evaporated and sweetened condensed milk, as it is stable at in-can sterilisation temperature. The powder is made by drying fresh pasteurised skimmed milk, which undergoes a specific heat treatment. .

Our products and ingredients are tested throughout the supply chain, from milk collection through to final product release, using internationally recognized test methods to verify quality and compliance.

STORAGE AND HANDLING

STORAGE: It is recommended that product is stored at below 25°C, relative humidity below 65% and in an odor free environment.
